Before you call
Having your dates, the number of guests and the bed arrangement you want to hand makes the conversation short. If you are driving, say so at the start so a parking space can be reserved in the same call.
Arriving late
There is always someone at the desk, so a night arrival is never a problem. A quick call from the road is still appreciated when a journey runs several hours over.
Vila Alcantara, São Bernardo do Campo. If you are driving in, tell us in advance and we will reserve a space in the private on-site car park. The parking is free of charge, but the reservation is what guarantees it.
